The request came in at 11:40 p.m. You saw it on Monday
Late on a Thursday night, someone posts in an 8,000-member industry group on Telegram: “Need a packaging supplier, 20,000 boxes, urgent.” By morning there are three replies from competitors. Your rep is in that group too, but they’re in twenty others, and they won’t get to this one until Monday.
In many markets, Telegram is where business actually happens. People use channels and groups to find suppliers, carriers, contractors and hires. The catch is that nobody can read all of it by hand. TELEGRAMUS reads it for you and hands sales only the people who need something right now.
How it works
Finding the chats. Describe your topics: “freight between Central Asian countries,” “wholesale building materials,” “packaging.” The system searches public channels and groups in three languages and evaluates each one before joining: is it active, what do people discuss, is it all ads?
Two-step signal detection. First, a fast keyword pass for phrases like “looking for,” “need,” “can anyone,” “recommend.” Then a model reads the shortlist and decides whether each message is a genuine request on your topic. That’s cheaper and more accurate than running every message through AI.
A daily digest. You get a short list: what people are looking for, in which chat, with a link to the post. Anything interesting goes to the CRM in one click.
A managed account pool. Chats are read, and conversations handled, by dedicated company accounts instead of reps’ personal numbers. New accounts warm up gradually. A “one person, one touch” rule keeps you from spamming the same prospect, and if an account gets restricted, another one takes over without breaking the thread.
One important line: TELEGRAMUS never sends automated cold DMs. It finds and suggests; a human decides whether to reach out first.
How it connects to the rest of PRANUS
- Each find becomes a lead in CRMUS, the PRANUS CRM, with its source and the original quote. Reps see where the person came from and exactly what they asked for.
- Conversations with that person run through the CONNECTUS omnichannel inbox, where the account pool, Telegram groups and personal Telegram accounts are all connected.
- In niches where buyers are easier to find on websites than in chats, TELEGRAMUS complements the SCRAPUS B2B lead database. Both sources feed the same pipeline.
- The SALEUS AI sales agent can handle follow-up touches from an approved template, within working hours and a do-not-contact list.
- For hiring, the same engine collects candidates from job channels and passes them to the AI recruiter in TEAMUS HR software, which hires for a specific open seat in your org chart.
What the AI does
The AI handles meaning. It tells “I need a carrier for tomorrow” apart from “we offer trucking services,” drops ads and noise, and summarizes each request in a line for the digest. When you set up topics, it expands them into phrasing variants across three languages so you don’t miss groups that write in a different language.
What it doesn’t do: message people on your behalf without your decision, or invent requests that never happened. Every find links back to a real message.
How it gets set up
The onboarding agent asks who you’re looking for and how customers usually phrase their requests. From that it picks the first chats, sets up signal keywords, and creates the CRM pipeline where finds will land. The account pool is connected in CONNECTUS through a secure form. See how the full rollout works on the 14-day implementation page.
Who it’s for
- Logistics, construction, wholesale and manufacturing — industries where orders and contractors are sourced in Telegram groups.
- Sales teams in markets where Telegram is the main business messenger, such as Central Asia.
- Recruiters and hiring managers who source candidates from resume channels.
- Owners who don’t want a single “urgently need a supplier” post in their industry to slip by.
