A sales team with nobody to call
Monday pipeline review. The sales director asks why new-business numbers missed again. The reps are honest: inbound is thin, and the outbound list is an old spreadsheet where half the numbers ring out and a third of the websites are gone. Someone bought a “500,000 contacts” list last quarter. It turned out to be duplicates, dead addresses, and not a word about what any of those companies actually do.
The problem usually isn’t a lack of potential customers. It’s that nobody searched for them systematically. SCRAPUS does that work: it crawls company websites, figures out what each business does, drops the empty shells, and hands sales a list of companies you actually have something to offer.
How the database is built
SCRAPUS works with public company websites. From each site it pulls what the business shows the world: phone numbers, email addresses, legal name and registration details, country, and social profiles. All of this is done by regular code, not language models, so collection costs next to nothing.
Then the system cleans things up:
- tags each company with an industry, so you can build segments by vertical;
- detects whether a phone is mobile or landline, so reps know whether to text or call;
- filters out dead sites, “coming soon” placeholders, doorway pages and redirects;
- retries sites that didn’t load the first time.
Here are the honest numbers. About 300,000 websites have been checked, and roughly 214,000 of them are live companies with an identified country and industry. Another 78 million domains are in the processing queue. That is not “300,000 customers.” It’s 214,000 businesses where you know what they do and how to reach them.
How it connects to the rest of PRANUS
SCRAPUS is the first step of an outbound motion that runs entirely inside one system.
- Build a segment by country, industry, and available channels such as mobile phone or email.
- Click “Send to CRM” to move selected companies into the right pipeline and stage of CRMUS, the PRANUS CRM. The cold database stays in SCRAPUS; your CRM only holds companies you’re actively working.
- The SALEUS AI sales agent runs outreach from an approved template, respecting local working hours, daily caps and a do-not-contact list.
- Replies arrive in the CONNECTUS omnichannel inbox, with the lead card right next to the conversation.
- A rep picks up the thread, and follow-ups like “call back Tuesday” or “send the contract” live in TASKUS task management.
If your buyers hang out in Telegram groups rather than on websites, pair SCRAPUS with Telegram lead generation in TELEGRAMUS. Those finds also go to the CRM in one click.
What the AI does
AI shows up only where it earns its keep.
Industry detection. A classifier trained on AI-labeled examples tags each company’s industry without calling a model for every site.
Personalized pitches. “Dear partner, we’d like to propose a collaboration” goes straight to the trash. SCRAPUS writes for one company at a time: the AI reads their website, understands what they sell, and drafts an email about how your product helps them specifically. You set the tone and approve the template; each email still comes out different. Messages are sent by rules you approved, not at the model’s discretion.
Grounded in your own facts. If your services, pricing and strengths are documented in the MEMUS knowledge base, pitches draw on that instead of whatever the model imagines.
How it gets set up
The onboarding agent asks who your ideal customer is: country, industry, company size. From your answers it builds the first segments, sets up an outbound pipeline in CRMUS, and drafts a pitch template. You review, edit and approve. See how the whole rollout works on the 14-day implementation page.
Who it’s for
- B2B companies that sell to other businesses and need more pipeline than inbound provides.
- Sales teams tired of purchased lists full of dead numbers.
- Marketers who need clean segments by industry and country.
- Owners who want to see the whole path from a found company to a paid invoice in one system instead of five tools.
