1. Who we are

This policy covers only the pranus.io website: contact forms, cookies, and analytics. How customer data is handled inside PRANUS services (pranus.app) is governed by the customer agreement.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form (demo request, question, newsletter), we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email, company name, and message. We only ask for what we need to get back to you and understand your request.

Technical data. When you visit the site, your browser automatically sends details such as your device and browser type, IP address, referring page, and time of visit.

Cookies. Small files stored in your browser. See section 5.

3. How we use it

  • to respond to your request, schedule a demo, and prepare a proposal;
  • to keep in touch with you about your request;
  • to understand how visitors use the site and make it better;
  • to keep the site running and secure;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

We don’t make decisions with legal effects about you based solely on automated processing.

We process data based on your consent (when you submit a form or accept analytics cookies), to take steps toward a contract at your request, and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working: they remember your language and your cookie choice, and protect our forms. You can’t turn them off in our banner, but you can in your browser settings.

Analytics cookies help us see which pages people read and where they get stuck. We may use web analytics services for this. They’re switched on only after you consent in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the same banner or your browser settings.

6. Who we share data with

  • Our CRM. Requests from the site go straight into our sales system, CRMUS, part of the PRANUS platform, and to the account manager who will contact you.
  • Service providers that help us operate: hosting, email, and web analytics. They receive only what they need for their task and must keep it confidential.
  • Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

We don’t sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. When that happens, we apply the safeguards required by applicable law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep requests and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and continue the conversation you started, and no longer than [PERIOD] after our last contact if you don’t become a customer. Technical and analytics data is kept in aggregated form or for the period set in the relevant service’s settings. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You can:

  • find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;

We process personal data in line with the personal data laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. For visitors in the European Union, we follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If your local law gives you stronger rights, we respect those too.

10. How we protect data

We use organizational and technical measures to protect data from loss and unauthorized access, including limited staff access, encrypted connections, and multi-factor sign-in. Learn more about platform security on our security page.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with its effective date. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know with a clear notice on the site.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell or rent website visitors' personal data.

How do I get my data deleted?

Email privacy@pranus.io from the address, or with the phone number, you used in your request. We'll respond within a reasonable time and confirm what was deleted.
