Chaos is a habit, not a personality trait
A lead comes in on WhatsApp at 11:40 p.m. and nobody sees it. A contract sits in someone’s inbox. The sales script lives in one rep’s head, and when she’s on vacation, the team improvises. At the end of the day, the founder opens five apps to figure out how things went, then calls three people anyway.
Most companies run this way, and it’s not the people’s fault. Every tool knows its own slice, so someone has to stitch the full picture together by hand. We built PRANUS so the picture assembles itself.
Time for life and family
We don’t want to be one more tool. Businesses already have too many, and each one competes for attention. We measure success differently: how many windows you were able to close, and how many hours of manual work you stopped doing.
When a new hire is added once and shows up in every service, when permissions follow the org chart, and when “how are we doing?” can be asked out loud and gets an honest answer, leaders get their evenings back. Teams get energy for the work that actually needs a brain. Those evenings, weekends without calls, and dinners with family are what we’re working toward.
Why a giraffe
Look closely at a giraffe’s coat. It’s a network of cells: each with its own shape, each in its own place, none spilling into its neighbor. Together they form a pattern you can’t mistake for anything else.
That’s how we think about a well-run company. Every person has a place in the org chart. Every team has its own tasks and permissions. Every piece of knowledge has a source document in the knowledge base. AI employees sit on the chart next to people, with their own roles and limits. Order doesn’t mean rigidity. It means everything is in its place and connected to what’s around it.
Where we come from
PRANUS started in Uzbekistan. We first built it for ourselves, for our own group of logistics companies, where hundreds of Telegram chats, calls, customer payments, documents, and people across borders meet every day. Everything in the system went through real work before it ever went into a pitch.
We know Central Asia well: local accounting rules, employment paperwork that follows each country’s law, conversations that switch between Uzbek and Russian mid-sentence, and businesses that run on messengers. But we build for the whole world. The site and the product speak several languages, and your data can live wherever you choose: in our cloud, on your own server, or in a closed environment with local AI models.
How we build
PRANUS has its own AI development team inside it: DEVUS. Each task goes from request to release through a fixed path: spec, tests first, then code, a fresh-eyes review, and a release only with human approval. That’s how new features ship quickly without breaking old ones.
We bring the same approach to your company. An AI agent runs your implementation: it asks questions, reads your documents, builds the org chart and permissions, invites employees, and sets up sales pipelines. Every decision reaches you as a plan card and is applied only after you say yes.
What we believe
- One system beats five. Shared people, permissions, and memory matter more than a longer feature list.
- AI shouldn’t make things up. Agents answer from your company’s documents, and when there’s no answer, they go to a human.
- The agent proposes, a human decides. Anything that changes data needs approval and can be undone in one step.
- Your data is yours. You choose where it lives, and access rules apply before the AI ever sees it.
- Honesty over hype. We don’t promise everything in a day. We promise a first working setup in 14 days and show you exactly what will be ready.
