Why company websites drift away from the business
You raised prices in March. The CRM and the price list have the new numbers; the website shows the old ones until June because the agency that built it is busy. Form submissions go to a shared inbox, and half of them sit unread until Monday. A new landing page for a promotion means finding a designer and a developer again and briefing them from scratch.
Website builders made layout easier, but they didn’t fix the real gap: the site knows nothing about your company. Services, prices, testimonials and contacts get copied by hand, and forms need separate integrations. WEBUS works the other way around. Your site runs on data that already lives in PRANUS from the first day.
How WEBUS works with the rest of PRANUS
- Leads. Site forms send submissions into your CRMUS pipeline, with duplicate checks, routing to a rep and a deal stage. Visitors can also book meetings on their own.
- Live chat. The website chat widget feeds the CONNECTUS shared inbox, where an AI agent can answer from your knowledge base.
- Copy and facts. Service descriptions, terms and FAQs come from the MEMUS knowledge base, not from AI guesswork.
- Catalog. Your storefront reads items and prices from the shared catalog used by the CRM, documents and the OPTIMUS ERP.
- Engineering. Under the hood, WEBUS runs on the DEVUS AI engineering team. It handles plain-language requests and takes on bigger builds in developer mode.
What the AI does
Gets to know you. The interview asks about what you do, who your customers are and how you talk, and fills the gaps from PRANUS data.
Proposes a look. Your brand system is generated in 5–10 directions along clear axes: personality, font pairing, density, shape, hero composition, imagery and motion. Variants that look too similar are dropped before you see them, so you don’t end up with yet another generic AI site.
Builds and edits. The AI starts from a vetted template and makes every requested change in a separate version. You see a preview with changes highlighted and the check results. Nothing touches your live site until you click Publish, and you can stop a request midway.
Checks before release. Build, health, secrets in code, security, accessibility, performance and SEO. If a blocking check fails, the release doesn’t go out; the rest show up as warnings.
Keeps code isolated. Each project runs in its own container on a separate hosting platform with no access to PRANUS databases or keys. It reaches company data only through a gateway, and only for the connections you’ve switched on. Releases are kept, the project database is backed up daily, and a deleted project stays archived for 30 days so you can restore it in one step.
Getting started
You can launch a site on your first day with PRANUS: interview, design pick, publish to a free address, then connect your domain. WEBUS works best once the onboarding agent has filled your CRM, catalog and knowledge base, because then the site speaks about your company with accurate facts from the start. See the implementation page for how rollout works.
Who it’s for
- Marketers and managers who need to ship landing pages for campaigns and keep the site current without an agency.
- Business owners who want every website lead to reach the CRM, every time.
- In-house developers and contractors who need client portals, a database and visitor sign-in inside the same project, with checks and rollback.
