The PRANUS apps aren’t stripped-down copies of the system. They’re four windows into the same company: the same people, customers, documents, and permissions. Whatever you do on your phone, your colleagues see on the web right away.
Assistentus: your personal AI assistant
For: founders, managers, and every employee.
One window into the whole company, by voice or text. Say “ask Sam to prep the reconciliation by Friday,” and the task lands in TASKUS for the right person, based on who you’re allowed to assign work to in the org chart.
What it does:
- creates tasks for you and your colleagues, sends reminders, keeps your calendar and notes;
- answers “how are we doing?” across tasks, the team, deals, and customer conversations;
- checks in on its own: a plan in the morning, a recap in the evening, a weekly summary on Friday;
- remembers people and topics, and searches the history of your conversations;
- finds answers in the MEMUS knowledge base, using only the documents you have access to;
- works with files and voice.
The ground rule: Assistentus handles your own work on its own, but anything involving other people’s tasks, payments, or deletions waits for your yes.
Available on: web, Telegram (bot and mini app), and iOS.
MEMUS: your knowledge base on the go
For: new hires, field specialists, reps in a customer meeting, and anyone asking “how do we do this here?”
Ask in plain words. MEMUS finds the answer in your company’s documents and links straight to the page or clause. Policies, contracts, price lists, and manuals open right from the answer.
If the documents don’t back it up, MEMUS says “this isn’t in the knowledge base” instead of inventing something plausible. You can route the question to specialists, and once their answer is approved, it becomes part of the knowledge base. On mobile, MEMUS is available through Assistentus.
SALEUS: the sales rep’s workspace
For: sales reps who are on calls and on the road all day, and the sales managers who lead them.
Conversations and CRM in a single app. No more jumping between a messenger, a dialer, and the deal record.
- Inbox: “Mine,” “Awaiting reply,” and by channel, all updating live.
- Voice messages: customers on Telegram and WhatsApp get a real voice message, and you get the transcript.
- The deal lives in the chat: change the stage, mark a loss with a reason, add a quick task, see the full touch history.
- Calls: call log, recordings with transcripts (tap a line to jump to it), and call scoring against your script.
- Calendar, offline mode, and passcode sign-in.

CHATUS: your company messenger
For: the whole team, from the warehouse to the boardroom.
A company messenger where people don’t just talk, they get things decided.
- Channels with topics: discussions don’t drown in one stream, and a topic can be marked resolved.
- Calls and meetings on your company’s server; the Secretary button produces minutes and tasks.
- Questions: when an AI agent can’t find an answer, the question goes to specialists, and their answer becomes company knowledge.
- One-tap approvals: Approve, Return with comments, or Decline, right in the chat.
- Voice notes and video messages with transcripts, including Russian and Uzbek.
- Secret chats with on-device encryption.

One set of permissions, one memory
All four apps run on the same system. Each person is added once in TEAMUS, permissions follow the org chart, and the AI only sees what that person is allowed to see. See how it all fits together on the platform page.
