What they have in common
Zoho One and PRANUS address the same pain: companies pay for five to ten separate tools, and the data never lines up. Both bring CRM, customer conversations, HR, accounting, projects, a knowledge base and AI agents under one account.
Zoho One has strengths we openly acknowledge: more than 45 apps for one price, its own data centers without AWS or Azure, its own Zia LLM, a hundred ready-made agents, and UAE facilities cleared for government work. For a cloud-first company in India, the Middle East or the US, that’s a very strong offer.
Where they differ
One fabric, not a bundle
Zoho One is many separate apps, each with its own settings. In PRANUS, services are facets of one system. Add a person once in the org chart, and their position automatically sets their access in the CRM, the shared inbox, the knowledge base and accounting. AI sees the task, the customer, the contract and the money at the same time, and acts with that person’s permissions, never more.
Implementation: training sessions vs. an agent that does the work
Zoho’s subscription includes 45 days of basic onboarding: three 45-minute sessions a week. The configuration itself is up to you or a partner.
In PRANUS, an AI agent does the setup in conversation with you. It asks one to three questions at a time, takes your files, builds departments, assigns permissions, invites employees, sets up pipelines, connects channels and turns chat history into a knowledge base. After 14 days you have a working first setup. See how implementation works.
Where your data lives
Zoho runs only in its own cloud. PRANUS comes in three options: our cloud, your server, or an air-gapped environment where AI models also run locally. That matters when regulators or your security team require data to stay in-country or in-house. More on deployment options.
Central Asia compliance
Zoho has no accounting or e-invoicing for Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan or Russia. In PRANUS, BUHUS handles bank feeds, invoices, payroll and month-end close under Uzbek and Kazakh rules, and HR documents follow the law of the employer’s country.
How to switch from Zoho One
- Talk to a manager. We look at which Zoho apps you actually use and open a demo on your own tasks.
- Move your data. Customers, deals, employees and reference data load from exports; the agent shows its parsing first.
- Setup in 14 days. The agent builds your first working setup: org chart, permissions, employees, CRM, tasks and knowledge base.
- Next phases. Integrations, manufacturing and accounting migration follow separately, each with its own timeline.
Setup is free with an annual contract.
Which one to choose
If cloud works for you and you want maximum breadth for one price, Zoho One is an excellent option. If you need a system on your own servers, accounting that follows your country’s law and setup done by an agent, request a demo on your own tasks and check pricing.
