Odoo’s built-in AI calls OpenAI or Gemini by default. Local models are only available through third-party modules, and self-hosting requires the Custom plan.

Conversations and sales
Odoo offers live chat and WhatsApp. In PRANUS, customer conversations get a dedicated service, CONNECTUS: Telegram personal accounts and groups, Instagram, email and website chat in one inbox, routed to the right rep and tied to deals in the CRM. On top of that there’s an AI sales rep with AI calling, which Odoo doesn’t have.
Accounting for Central Asia
To our knowledge, Uzbekistan isn’t among Odoo’s official localizations. PRANUS accounting follows Uzbekistan’s national chart of accounts, VAT and payroll taxes, and Kazakhstan’s standard chart of accounts and 2026 Tax Code. HR documents follow the law of the employer’s country.
